Charlie

“Charlie” is an 8 year old blue roan tobiano grade gelding standing 14.1 hands. Charlie is as wide as he is tall and is a fantastic all-around gelding who is fun for all levels of riders. He is excellent on the trails and crosses water, goes over logs, and rides up and down banks with ease. He also has lots of urban miles under his belt and is traffic safe! Big trucks, motorcycles, or cars don’t phase him one bit. He has been a play day horse and has competed in all kinds of different events at local shows and is great on the ranch. He is comfortable around cattle, will wade right up into the pen of steers and move them wherever you ask, has loaded trucks, and been ranch roped off of. Our toddlers love to groom him and lead him around and he is quiet enough for them to do leadline events off of and even start to ride independently around the arena with supervision. There isn’t much you can ask of Charlie that he won’t do. He is a wonderful family gelding that we trust and enjoy! Charlie hauls well and most recently spent a couple weeks in the Colorado Rockies on an elk hunting trip. He ties out on the highline or does well in a pen for overnight camping.
