Adrifty Smokin Vegas is a stunning 5 year old 15.3-hand buttermilk buckskin gelding weighing 1,400 pounds and standing out as an exceptional ranch prospect. Vegas has excellent bloodlines including Mr Jess Perry and Smokin Blackburn. Versatile and well-trained, he’s been used for a variety of jobs, from roping the hot heels and roping mule. Vegas has been on hundreds of miles of trails including Palo Duro Canyon, the Canadian Red River and Matzel Game Reserve multiple times. Vegas has been a trusted part of a lesson program, working with children & adults of varying skill levels. He is traffic safe and used to farm machinery including tractors & skid loaders. He is safe around dogs, cattle, and all other types of animals. We have used him to break colts to lead and pony our older contestant horses. Vegas has been patterned on the barrels and shown in 4H. He excels in trail competition and obstacles. Vegas has outstanding ground manners & is easy to catch, gets along well with other horses and ponies. and thrives on attention. Stands like a statue for the farrier, cross ties, bathes and clips perfectly. He will load in any size trailer from a 2 horse to a stock trailer. Vegas has had the best care including vaccinations, teeth, and worming. He has no allergies or bad habits. He is good in a stall or a pasture. Vegas is very willing to learn new job skills and is very talented.
