This is “MISS APPALACHIA”, a gorgeous, stout made, smart, strong yet gentle, well trained TRUE BLUE ROAN BRABANT MARE that is broke to ride and drive. This mare is not only well built with really cool color, but extremely intelligent, civilized, and nice to be around. She stands 15.3 hands tall and is 4 years old. She has been ridden English and Western in the indoor arenas and outdoor arenas. She has been out on the trails, through the water, ridden in the thick brush, through mud, ice, and snow. She has been on rocky mountainous terrain and handles it well. She is sure footed and stays in four wheel drive. It will not get too deep or too steep for her. We have taken her through the cross country driving courses and she will cross water quietly under tack or harness. She is brave, honest, solid, and sincere. She has been driven on the roads, in a few parades, and she is traffic safe. She is responsive and fun to ride with a big solid stop. She backs up and is loping circles in the arena. She will also ride out in the open and lopes off quietly with no hump and no buck. She stands to harness, hitch, tack, mount, and groom. She aims to please and has a great personality that makes her a pleasure. She is versatile, will hook up and work, drive a cart or wagon, and tack up and ride off nicely.
