Gunner

Gunner” is a 4-year-old 16.2 hand registered Friesian SportHorse gelding. He is the first one to meet you at the gate and loves to be right in your pocket. He is a great size to fit many different riders. He is well broke, knows how to use his body, and is gentle in every way. Gunner stands to be mounted, is not phased by tarps, the bullwhip, or any other obstacle we ask him to face. He has even been in parades and never moved a muscle when he seen the lights and heard the sirens. He has been rode English, Western & bareback. He is quiet and enjoyable to ride; complete beginners have ridden him to advanced riders on the trails and in the arena. We have used him multiple times for our special needs lessons and he always goes slow and steady with them. He loves the trails! Water, rocky terrain, steep hills, and bridges, nothing will bother this horse. Gunner will confidently ride down a busy road, unfazed by the surrounding traffic. He knows his leads, and has an excellent whoa. Gunner will also drive he has been hooked in the carriage and on the sleigh he has the perfect personality for our carriage rides. He will stand patiently while being hitched up and when you are getting in and out of the carriage! Gunner is always eager to work and please his owner. He has a puppy dog personality and gets along with mares and geldings in the pasture. He stands for the vet, farrier, or just to be loved on and groomed. He has been hauled off the property many times and is the same on the property as he is off. He sells 100% sound with no vices. PPE is welcome at buyers expense.
