Let me introduce you to “THOMAS” (UNICORN). He is a thirteen year old grade quarter horse gelding that stands just over fourteen hands tall. Thomas originally comes from the Great State of Texas where he worked the stockyards and was around cattle each and everyday. Thomas would be a great family-youth horse where he could be trail ridden, 4-H prospect, cattle sorting, roping an active dummy or live cattle for any youth at any age. Thomas was purchased for my daughter who was timid and unsure of herself around or on horses. Thomas has now taken her to a higher and more confident level. He can be ridden indoors and outdoors without having to be worried about any shenanigans. Thomas has given her the confidence and winning spirit to become a better rider while always being there for her know matter the obstacle. My daughter and I would like to see another youth have the opportunity of a lifetime to become a better horseman with one that will keep you safe at all times. Thomas has acquired approximately forty points in the ARHA and carried my daughter to the grand reserve championship for horseman and horseman during the 2021 4-H season. Thomas is an easy keeper and is an in your pocket kind of horse all of the time. If you turn him out he will meet you at the gate every time so that he can acquire all the attention. Thomas has been around several pieces of farm equipment, dirtbikes, ATV’s and animals.THIS IS THE PERFECT KIDS HORSE! My daughter loads/unloads him on the trailer, bathes him, grooms him, picks his feets with no issues and he also stands for the farrier.Thomas can be ridden bareback and without a bridle. Thomas can be ridden off of leg pressure, knows his leads and has all of the buttons. He is the same horse day in and day out even if he is stalled over a period of time and not ridden on a daily basis. He has no rare or buck and has exceptional ground manners. He is known as slow steady Eddy. Thomas is up to date on coggins, dewormer and all vaccines. He is maintained twice a year by King Veterinarian Services due to being navicular. Thomas has shoes all the way around at this time due to being shown. Located in Maysville, KY.
