This is Armadillo, a gorgeous big 16 hand DAPPLED STEEL GRAY QUARTER HORSE GELDING that has bee used for ranch work. He is an excellent trail horse that will take you anywhere you want to go. He is big and stands a solid 16 hands on a stick. He is 6 years old and in the prime of his life. He has had rope horse training and been working cattle. He has impeccable ground manners, he stands tied, loads and unloads quietly, and hauls. He will back off of a trailer with no fuss. This gelding will one hand neck rein, stop nicely on whoa, back up, side pass, and catch his leads. He lopes nice circles and you don’t have to be in the confinements of an arena. He has lots of outside miles, he catches his leads, and stays on a circle nicely. This gelding will sit down and turn around and he is responsive. He is a really fun ride that can take you for a leisurely trail ride or get the job done. He is very attractive and has a long full mane and foretop.
