At 6 years old and standing 15 hands, this handsome buckskin has a friendly, willing nature and enough experience that you can actually go enjoy him. He likes people, likes having something to do, and is the type that is easy to look forward to riding. Bazooka rides well in the arena. He’ll walk, trot and lope both directions, pick up his leads, stop, back and turn around. You don’t have to constantly stay after him or keep everything perfectly organized—just get on and ride. Open the gate and he’s every bit as enjoyable outside. He’s been ridden around the ranch, through the hills and around cattle. He’ll navigate water, rocks, brush, logs, uneven ground and tighter trails without needing every step picked for him. We’ve put plenty in front of Bazooka. Flags, tarps, obstacles, equipment, traffic, dogs and commotion have all been part of his education. He’s been in busy situations and around the everyday activity that comes with ranch life. Ride him alone, take him with company, spend the morning in the arena or make a day of it outside. He’s not limited to one job or one kind of rider. At six, Bazooka has his whole life ahead of him, and he already has the foundation and experience to go in plenty of directions. Ranch, trails, arena, obstacles, cattle—or simply being someone’s horse to get out and enjoy. He’s friendly, handsome, willing and fun to have around.
