Bert is a mesmerizing palomino gelding standing 15.1HH and 12 years old. Bert is as friendly and personable as a horse can get, and just as easy to ride! Bert has been on long trail rides through every type of country you can imagine and been hauled to cruise the town. He doesn’t blink an eye at any sight or have any type of refusal over anything in his way! He has been around all types of livestock and farm animals. He is as calm and relaxed in any circumstance. Bert has zero vices and is an absolute gentlemen. He is a horse who can sit for long periods of time and never act up. Bert has zero spook and takes everything like a champ! In the arena he never lifts his head, stays collected and low. He has a great handle and responds to leg cues, as well as rein cues. He lopes perfectly smooth circles each way and is as smooth as a rocking chair! He will pick up a lope from a stand still, do flying lead changes, pivots, side passes, and have an easy sliding stop. Bert is safe for the ENTIRE family and is one you can always trust to take care of his rider, and with his impeccable ground manners he will be respectful of the little ones wanting to do everything on their own! Bert is good pastured with other horses, stalled. He clips, bathes and standing for farrier.
