Meet Bert! Bert is a stunning jet black Shire Quarter horse cross. She stands a solid 16.2hh and has just enough chrome to be noticed. Bert has a gorgeous mane and tail with light feathering on her legs. Her conformation is strong and sturdy. She is 8 years old. Bert is a jack of all trades. This mare has been trail ridden in Michigan’s beautiful hunt country by a beginner adult. She’s given English lessons to kids learning to jump, she’s driven a carriage through crowded cities and busy streets and has been extensively trail ridden. Bert is not one to spook at anything. From wild life, to trail blazing in the deepest woods she is ok. She will ride out in a group or alone. Bert has excellent self carriage and 3 beautiful gaits. Bert also loves to jump. From hunter courses to coops and fences out in the fields she’s always game. She’s very athletic and loves to please! Bert will excel as an all-around horse!
