Black Handled Pistol registered AQHA gelding. He stands 14’2 he’s a true all around family horse! He has been with the same family his entire life. He’s been trail rode and ranched on in west Texas. He’s a very reliable using horse that will get a cowboys job done or be a family horse and cruise down the road for an evening trail ride. He’s a true quarter horse type gelding he’s wide,stocky, big hip with a little head. He’s got the coolest jet black color with not a white hair on him. He has a great personality, he’s super gentle and wants to be your friend . We’ve used him extensively on the ranch from roping outside, rounding cows up or pushing steers up at the roping practices. He’s been roped on in the arena, he’s started on the heel side he’s had a lot of work done on the smarty. He knows his leads, he will lope big pretty circles. He’s been around the flags, tarps, traffic, he’s absolutely safe for any level rider will be safe everyday of the week and 100% reliable.
