Meet Blizzard a 10 year old, 15h, Cremello, grade Quarter Horse gelding. He is the most beautiful and sweetest horse you could ever dream of owning! Whether you’re cruising down trails or working in the arena, or cruising the city streets, he makes everything feel effortless. Blizzard is an experienced trail horse who can handle anything you throw at him. He’s crossed creeks, bridges, rocky terrain, and muddy paths with ease. His sure-footedness ensures he never rushes, taking his time to carefully navigate steep hills, making him the easiest ride on any trail. Blizzard has encountered all sorts of obstacles – from pool noodles to tarps, swaying bridges, and streamers, livestock, wildlife, bikes, strollers, guns, smoke, heavy equipment– and hasn’t blinked an eye. He’s even had guns shot off of him, remaining calm and steady the whole time. If you’re looking for a horse who can do it all, Blizzard is your guy. In the arena, Blizzard is extremely well-broke and responsive. He knows his leads, has a fantastic stop, backs up, side passes, and neck reins with ease. His gaits are incredibly smooth, so much so that you could canter on him all day, feeling like you’re floating on a cloud. One of his most impressive qualities is his ability to ride just as well bridleless as he does with a bridle. His training and natural temperament make him the type of horse you can let sit for weeks, and he’ll ride off like you worked him yesterday. Blizzard has been ridden in all kinds of weather, including rain and high winds, and handled it all like a champ – no bridle, no problem. He’s one of the rare few horses I can fully trust in any condition. Blizzard is also a dream to have around the ranch, making him the perfect family horse. He stands patiently for saddling, grooming, baths, and the farrier, and he loads and unloads easily, never rushing in or out of the trailer.
