Bonita

Bonita is a 14.2H, 12 yr old paint mare that is absolutely SAFE SAFE SAFE!!!! She was born and raised by the same family her ENTIRE life where she was used in a therapy program and for the family’s children, grandchildren, grandmas and everyone in between! The therapy program was for special needs/rehabilitation therapy. Bonita has proven time and time and time again that she is the SAFE go to mount for anyone to throughly enjoy! Sadly the program closed and they couldn’t keep them all and that’s the ONLY reason we’re able to offer her now. We promised a good friend whose uncle owned the center we’d fine her a GREAT home! This mare has it all! She’s thicker than a snicker and absolutely COMFORTABLE to ride! Bonita is easy on the eyes and will be the prettiest lady on the block. Not only is gorgeous, she’s very well broke and has everything you need to make your next beginner, lesson, therapy, or trail horse! She also would excel as a kids playday horse! One of our FAVORITE things about her is she knows how to PARK! Tap the saddle horn and tap her foot with yours and she bows/parks down for you to get on!! She rides like one should, goes exactly where you point her, neck reins, moves off leg, goes the very speed you ask and stops right when you ask her to! Bonita aims to please and never wants to do anything out of line! She has absolutely ZERO buck, bolt, rear or bad habits. She stands absolutely quiet at the trailer (with or without a buddy), loves her bathes, and leads/loads perfectly. She is absolutely NOT spooky in the slightest and has seen basically all there is to see in town and on the trails! If you’re looking for your next trail blazer, kid safe, beginner safe, lesson horse or just an easy chill horse you can kick back and crack a beer on, this is your girl! Bonita is NOT marish and has gotten along great with everyone we have. She is UTD on teeth, feet and coggins and ready for her new forever home!
