Everyone meet Charlie!! He is an 8 year old, 15 hands buckskin Appaloosa draft cross gelding! Charlie’s big feet, stout body, and his beautiful blanket of spots get him noticed where ever he goes and people just absolutely love him!! Charlie has been used to gather cattle in steep country, he is sure footed and safe for anyone!! He has been used on overnight camping trips, has seen all the wildlife you can think of, and will cross just about anything you ask!! Logs, downed trees, big ditches and water!! He’s a very confident trail warrior and doesn’t balk at a thing! Charlie walks out nicely, you can ride him, bareback with no issues and he is not scared of the tarp, flags, not bothered by cars, tractors, quads or dogs running underneath his belly !! Charlie has been ridden on the beach and is not afraid of the water what so ever !! He lopes nice circles, carry’s himself well, and has smooth transitions in his gates!! This guy is just a pleasure to be around and is very easy to handle !! Charlie is the kind that can sit and he will always be gentle when you pull him out of his stall!!! This great boy is just a people pleaser no matter the situation he always aims to please! Charlie hops right in any trailer, will stand tied all day long, stands quiet for mounting, grooming and is great for the farrier!! Charlie has been turned out in a group or can be stalled, he doesn’t mind either !!
