Meet Cherry Bomb, the ultimate 8-year-old molly mule who’s as sweet as she sounds! Standing at a perfect 15 hands tall, this little lady is a true gem. With her vibrant red coat, she’s definitely the bomb.com! Cherry Bomb has dabbled in just about everything you can think of and has been exposed to all sorts of adventures. She’s spent countless hours working on the ranch, tackling all the chores with ease. Always low-headed and relaxed, she travels on a loose rein, making her a “point and go” kind of mule. Whether it’s a week-long camping trip or a hunting excursion, Cherry Bomb has proven herself time and again—she’s even helped pack deer out of the backcountry! With many miles of trails under her hooves, Cherry Bomb is as sure-footed as they come. She confidently navigates steep rocky paths, crosses logs and bridges, and doesn’t hesitate to splash through creeks and rivers of all sizes. Plus, she’s great at ponying horses and colts, whether it’s out on the trail, in the pasture, or just a quick exercise session in the arena. Cherry Bomb has been desensitized to a variety of sights and sounds—she’s had guns shot off around her, carries flags, and even packs tarps without breaking a sweat. In the arena, she shines with a smooth jog and lope, and she’s responsive to leg cues and neck reining. While she’s not a speed demon, her laid-back attitude makes her a joy to ride. This girl has even tackled traffic on the highway and handled her first visit to the famous Fort Worth Stockyards like a pro! She walked confidently down the bustling Exchange Avenue, unfazed by the crowds, loud music, horse-drawn carriages, and even the iconic longhorn cattle drive. Cherry Bomb has also shown off her skills on trail courses, maneuvering over tires, logs, bridges, and various obstacles with grace. Always eager to please, Cherry Bomb meets you at the gate with a friendly attitude, ready to work. She’s great with her ears, easy to tack up and bridle, loads and unloads from the trailer like a champ, stands patiently for the farrier, and enjoys bath time. She ties well and is just an all-around wonderful mule! We absolutely adore Cherry Bomb and know her new owners will love her just as much as we do.
