CHIEF TWO EYED JO
2018 APHA Chestnut Tobiano Gelding • 15 Hands
There’s something special about a horse that never asks for the spotlight, yet somehow steals it anyway. Chief Two Eyed Jo turns heads everywhere he goes with his bold chestnut tobiano markings, but what you’ll remember most is how easy he makes every ride feel. He’s the kind that lets you drop your shoulders, loosen the reins, and enjoy the reason you bought a horse in the first place. Chief isn’t looking for an argument or trying to outthink his rider. He’s content to meet you where you are. Want to spend the afternoon wandering miles of trail? He’s all in. Need to check fences, gather cattle, or move cattle from pasture to pasture? Saddle him up. Feel like spending time in the arena? He’ll happily go there too. He safe for all level riders His walk is relaxed and easy, his jog is incredibly smooth, and his lope is one you’ll never get tired of sitting. Everything about him is comfortable. He’s the kind of horse that makes you look for one more trail before heading home. The world doesn’t bother Chief. Bridges, water crossings, rocky hillsides, brush, fallen logs, wildlife, traffic, bicycles, barking dogs, and tractors are simply things he passes along the way. Obstacles are no different. Flags, tarps, pool noodles, teeter bridges, dragging objects, and trail courses aren’t something he has to be convinced to cross. He trusts his rider, steps forward, and quietly says, “Let’s go.” On the ranch, Chief has gathered cattle, checked fences, moved cattle from pasture to pasture. He’s dependable and one you know will take care of you. In the arena, he rides on a loose rein, picks up both leads, has a comfortable jog and lope, stops, backs, and is soft through every transition. He’s the same honest horse whether you ride him every day or pull him out to enjoy a weekend. Chief is easy to catch, clip, bathe, tack up, load, haul, tie, and stands quietly for the farrier. He’s just an easy horse to live with. Some horses are exciting because of what they can do. Chief is special because of how he makes you feel. He gives you the confidence to go a little farther, stay out a little longer, and enjoy every mile in between. Chief Two Eyed Jo is proudly offered from Longhorn Ranch in Paicines, California. FaceTime appointments are welcome. Nationwide transportation is available. Dina 831+537+1915
