Coal

Coal is an amazing 5 year old Percheron gelding standing 17 hands tall. Where to even start… Coal is an extremely talented, athletic, willing, kind and gentle gelding that truly does it all and does it all with a yes ma’am attitude. He jumps, drives both single and double, trail rides, and is suitable for all riders.
In the arena, Coal is one of the smoothest movers I have ever ridden. He has beautiful transitions and will lope off with a simple kiss. He is started over fences and absolutely loves it! He’s one of the most natural jumpers I have ever started.
Outside, Coal is happy go lucky and will go absolutely anywhere you ask. Up, down, over, or through he will do it without hesitation. Lead the pack? Yes ma’am. Follow behind? Yes ma’am. We have never experienced a negative attitude or “no” from Coal. Ever!
On the ground, Coal is an absolute saint with great manners. He is friendly, easy to catch, loves attention and enjoys attention.
Coal is broke to drive both single and double. He is lead horse with his half brother, Smoke, who is also available if you would like them as a team.
Coal is sound, straight and clean legged. He is UTD, good for the farrier, pastures with others and stays penned up alone like a gentleman.
