Cricket is a 17hh gorgeous jet black 7 year old crossbred is nothing short of breathtaking. He’s clean legged, well put together and just absolutely stunning from nose to tail. Cricket is also fog gentle and so sweet. He is easy and kind to handle on the ground from being tied, to grooming, cleaning hooves, clipping, bathing and saddling up. Cricket is an uncomplicated and FUN ride under saddle and you guessed right he drives too! Cricket is so light in contact and responsive off leg and seat he rides like a sports car not the community bus. He has an incredible work ethic and really loves any job you ask of him. He will arena ride all day long from western to english, traditional dressage and western dressage and he’s very fun and willing to jump cross rails and verticals and LOVES natural jumps out on the trail and through the field, he’s very comfortable and adjustable as well as brave. Cricket will ride around one handed off neck rein and leg or in two hands collected in contact, he side passes both ways, leg yields and steps his shoulders around left and right, he also has a fast and steady back up to boot. Cricket is one of the coolest guys I’ve been able to put a leg over this year and every ride is just so fun he really makes you look forward to his bright future and he really could go in many directions! Under harness he will drive down the roads with ease and no fear, he’s traffic safe and goes right to work as any cart horse should. Cricket is great to load into any style trailer and hauls like a champ and he requires no prep in new places. Cricket has no known vices, injuries or limitations and is sound in every way.
