This is “DEPUTY”, a 14.3h, 14 year old, really cool and unique spotted gelding that is beginner safe and family friendly. He is cool and confident when trail riding and super honest and quiet. This gelding has been a family horse his whole life and has been ridden by children, neighbors, mom, dad, and grandma. He is safe and there are no tricks or surprises. He is not spooky, he is traffic safe, and he will courageously ride out alone with no fuss. He is sure footed, naturally gaited, has a nice canter, and a solid stop. He stands to mount from either side and is very civilized with excellent ground manners. Children and beginners can catch, tack, groom, and mount him with no issues. He will ride off quietly with no hump and no buck. He’s a really great horse to have around for anyone to get on and enjoy a no hassle type of ride. He is uber user friendly and loves people.
