Meet our Dixie! This stunning 10 year old Friesian cross mare will truly take your breath away, a real fairytale horse! With her thick mane,tail, and foretop. Strong top line, big bodied, and strong solid legs! She has the WOW factor! Dixie stands 16.2 hands tall. She is very balanced, simple in the bridle, Dixie is a horse you can always rely on. She has lived her life doing trail rides, lower level dressage, lessons, parades, and ponying colts. She always gives 110%, very smart and phenomenal ground manners. Dixie is the PERFECT family horse! She will pack children all day, you will not find a better babysitter than Dixie. She is very drawn to people loves everyone’s attention, she will meet you in the field at the gate every time with a whistle. Stands to be mounted,saddled, groomed, for the vet and farrier. She is not spooky, and has had lots of miles in the mountains alone or with a group. Trail riding is one of her favorite things to do, she will go western or english. She is very easy to ride and handle more woahh then go. She has a one hand neck rein, side passes, rocking chair canter, nice woah, and backs at ease. She has been around farm machinery, dogs, and other livestock. Dixie is a great all around Friesian cross mare, and will make a great family horse.
