Clyde is a seasoned veteran with a heart of gold. He’s a finished heel and breakaway horse who has traveled all over the country for rodeos and jackpots, and he’s seen it all! I don’t often use the term “bombproof,” but Clyde truly deserves that title. Whether you’re ranching or just enjoying a day out, he’s got you covered. He’s great for all ranch chores and rides out anywhere with a nice, easy stride. Clyde loves hitting the trails and has no hesitation when it comes to swimming—he’ll walk right into any water! He’s confident on various terrains, and will cross logs, bridges, or tarps. You can even ride him bridle-less down the trails or through the pasture, which speaks volumes about his trustworthiness and training! Clyde has proudly carried flags at multiple rodeo grand entries, showcasing his calm demeanor and versatility. He’s the perfect addition to any family—gentle enough for everyone, from kids to adults. While he might not have a flashy color, being a plain sorrel, Clyde is the horse that 95% of horse seekers are looking for. He’s an absolute gentleman and the sweetest guy around.
