Fox has had tons of real working miles outside, she has been worked outside on a big ranch and has tons of miles in the feedlot. She came out of big cattle country, and she has a lot of miles and experience under her belt at only 5 years old and 15hh. This mare acts just like a regular seasoned ranch gelding. She goes anywhere that you point her on a big long relaxed rein and neck reins well. She rides old-school, one-handed broke, very simple and uncomplicated to ride. She takes both leads, turns around both ways, side passes, has a big stop, and works a gate like a pro. She has been roped off a ton outside and in the pens and would be a great prospect that would take quickly to the team roping or the breakaway. She has been ridden outside over all sorts of terrain and knows the deal. She loves the water, and is relaxed handling rough terrain, ditches, rocky footing, and creeks. She is seasoned and confident out on the trail, happy to go out alone, and rides well in a group of horses as well. She could care less if you leave the other horses or leave the barn. This mare is no non-sense, been there, done that and seen that. She was also awesome riding through town and would probably do great at parades or crowded events, she really enjoyed the commotion and all the new things to look at.
