Georgie

One in a million–true family horse!! “Georgie” has been my 67 year old father’s go-to ranch horse for the past 5 years! He is as safe as the day is long. He has taken great care of my dad from the branding pen, to gathering cattle, to leisurely trail rides. HE would get the winters off and saddle up in the spring with ZERO issues. “Georgie” is also great with the grandkids! They can crawl all over him–he loves to baby-sit and has zero spook or buck or silliness. “Georgie” is also a finished rope horse in the arena and will lope a beautiful circle. He is very well broke–but not complicated to ride. He LOVES attention and is always the first one to greet you at the gate. He loves to be messed with and enjoys baths and treats and just being loved on. “Georgie” is great around cattle, buffalo, wildlife, goats dogs, and vehicles. He is kind and smart and would never do anything to hurt someone. He stands tied, does not pull back, is easy to load and haul, and easy to shoe. “Georgie” gets along great with other horses. He is grade but both his sire and dam are registered quarter horses. My dad actually still owns his sire. “Georgie” has been an important part of our family and we are 100% certain that whomever gets him next will absolutely adore him!! He really is the PERFECT family horse and would be great for trails, ranch work, roping or even 4-H. He is sound and has zero maintenance.
