Seeker is a 6-year-old, 16.1-hand black AQHA gelding, bred for western pleasure with splendid bloodlines, including his sire, the Quarter Horse Congress champion Night Moves, and his dam’s Zippo Pine Bar lineage. Weighing 1300 pounds, he is all muscle and moves with the elegance of a western pleasure horse, excelling both in the arena and on the ranch. He has been ridden extensively in various environments, from trails and camping trips to cattle work, proving himself surefooted, traffic-safe, and unbothered by obstacles like water, ditches, and bridges. This gentle giant has impeccable ground manners, standing perfectly still for saddling, bridling, and mounting, whether from the ground or a block. Seeker is a versatile and reliable mount for any rider, from children to seniors, having been ridden in places as diverse as the canyons of West Texas and Iowa’s wildlife reserves. He loves water, enjoys baths, and is easy to handle, with no bad habits or lameness. Up-to-date on all vet care, including shots, vaccinations, and dental work, Seeker also comes with a pre-purchase vet check and x-rays. He is equally comfortable living in a pasture or a stall.
