Irish Scoot is a 10-year-old, 15.1H, Red Roan Gelding with blaze and 4 stockings. He is registered AQHA and has a good pedigree that includes Paddys Irish Whiskey. Scoot is a true ranch horse and if you’ve got a job to do and want a horse that will help you do it right, the work will be easy with this guy! Scoot will go anywhere that you point him whether that is steep slopes, over deadfall, across rivers or rough terrain, he handles it with ease! He is a seasoned ranch horse that has been used at brandings, he has pasture roped, has been out of the box on the head side, he has loaded trucks, done team sortings and been used at ranch rodeo events as well. Scoot has been ridden throughout Montana, as far west as the California coast and he’s ridden through the swamps of Louisiana. He is well traveled and well experienced. Scoot lopes nice circles, he is truly one hand broke, he spins around both ways, slide stops, backs and sidepasses. Scoot has never refused us and has never tried to buck.
