This gelding is extremely intelligent, well trained, civilized, and quiet. He stands to harness, hitch, tack, mount, and groom. He is peaceful to work around, stands for a bath, loads, bathes, and hauls with no fuss. This gelding has had dressage training and been ridden English and Western. He has done some ranch work and has been in the arena. He will move off of leg cues, stop nicely, back up, and lope off quietly. He has no buck and no hump. He will jog and lope circles, he catches his leads, and he is sure footed. This gelding will pick his way through rocky ground, cautiously maneuver down steep hills, and go through deep water with no hesitation. He has been on wagon trains, he will stand to a picket line overnight, he is traffic safe on the roads and not spooky.
