JH Tivio Pine AKA Pinecone is a jaw dropping chestnut gelding with brains and the conformation. He stands 15.1HH and a solid age of 6. Pinecone is foundation quarter horse bred going back to hall of fame sires such as Jackie Bee, Poco Tivio, and Great Pine. Pinecone has had professional reining training as a colt. So he has all the bells and whistles you can ask for! He will yield his front and hind quarters, spin each way on a loose rein, flying lead changes and pick up a canter from a stand still. Lopes pretty perfect circles with a low collected head set. This horse will catch everyone’s eye with his fancy movements and eye pleasing disposition. Even though he is a young aged gelding he has the mind of a late teenager. Nothing and I mean nothing phases him, tarps, flags, dogs, and loud noises get no reaction out of him. He’s quiet and respectful at all times. He doesn’t get in a rush or nervous under any circumstances. Pinecone has been rode and handled by kids and all level riders has fun on his back! Pinecone has been used out in the ranch to check cows, doctor, sort and brand. He is surefooted and an absolute pleasure to ride out on any tricky terrain. He will ride out alone or in a group, he will lead or follow. This is a family gelding suitable for anyone of any age or level.
