Josie

Josie is a 14.1 hand, 13 year old gaited molly mule. She is a super sweet and honest mule that the whole family loves! Don’t let her height fool you, she is stocky made and carries her rider well. She is very solid on the trails. She is careful and sure footed. Rides confidently on various terrain and crosses natural obstacles with ease. She is a smooth ride and has the best ear flopping walk you can find! She rides with the group well. Whether it’s leading, in the middle, or behind, she is happy to ride wherever. If you want to ride out alone, she does that quietly and confidently as well. She will happily walk away from the trailer with other horses/mules left behind and not cause a fuss. Josie is quiet and gentle when kids want to mess with her. She nicely lets them lead her, ride her, and climb all over her! We have trail ridden her double with our toddlers riding with us. She is traffic safe, and we have ridden her around farm equipment working with no issues. She picks up her feet nicely. Stands for saddling and mounting. Travels well.
