Kasey is extremely easy to handle on the ground and under saddle. He stands quietly for saddling, grooming, and the farrier, and has excellent manners in every situation. He’s gentle, respectful, and truly a joy to be around. On the trail, Kasey is an absolute dream. He will go anywhere you point him and doesn’t hesitate when asked to cross water—he jumps right in like a fish! He’s sure-footed in rough terrain, confident in new environments, and level-headed whether you’re out alone or with a group. He’s also been day worked on, so he knows what a full day’s job is and will handle cattle and ranch work with ease. Kasey is just as easy to travel with as he is to ride. He loads and unloads without issue, hauls quietly alongside other horses or cattle, and ties to the trailer with patience while taking in new sights and sounds. At home, he gets along well in the pasture with geldings, mares, and even a mini pony, but he’s also content in a stall. Kasey is the total package—safe, seasoned, dependable, and versatile.
