KHAKI

Big, buckskin and gentle! What more could you ask for! Khaki is a gorgeous 14 year old buckskin gelding standing 15.2 hands tall. He is built thick with good bone size. Khaki has mainly been used as a trail horse. He’s not a fancy guy, but he is gentle and sweet. Khaki has been ridden on trails in the Midwest as well as Arizona, so he’s been exposed to a variety of terrain. He will cross logs, bridges and brush easily. He has also been ridden through town and isn’t phased by traffic. He has carried the flag without worry, and is used to dogs, tractors and 4 wheelers. While he hasn’t done much arena riding, he will still go out and do what is asked of him. He will stand at a mounting block as well. Khaki has good ground manners, stands for saddling and bridling, bathes, ties and loads and hauls well. He is good for the farrier and is currently shod on the front and barefoot on the hinds. His feet were done two weeks ago and he has a current coggins. He gets along well with other horses, mares or geldings, and is an easy keeper. He requires no maintenance.
