There wont be enough typing room on here to describe just how truly perfect & amazing this mare really is! So ill try to summarize! Leddy is a beautiful & stout 15.1H, 5 year old Gypsy Vanner Cross mare! If theres such a thing as “bombproof” this mare is the textbook definition of it! Its no exxageration when i say a horse like her only comes around once in someones lifetime! Shes the most willing & trustworthy horse that ive ever had the pleasure of riding! I would literally trust her with my own life as well as my childrens! One of the many things that makes this mare so great is she will literally walk through fire for you. Just to name a few of the many things ive done with her, ive pushed cows on her, ive roped loose cows on the side of the highway, ive day worked on her, ive rode in trail competitions, open reining cow horse shows, ive given several dozen riding lessons on her to kids of all ages, done mounted shooting on her, pulled wagons with her, ive pulled my kids on sleds with her. Ive put my own children on her ages 7 through 13, ive taken her in water up to her ears, on trail rides through thick brush, steep hills & canyons, through parades with waving flags & banners. You name it & this mare has done it! She’s very in your pocket, she loves attention & to be loved on. Excellent at loading & unloading, stands great for farrier. She will meet you at the gate to be haltered. She can side pass, do roll backs, flying lead changes, yield her hind & forequarters as well as ride with nice collection. She’ll ride just as nicely with a halter as she will a bit & if you don’t feel like putting anything on her, she’ll even ride completely bridless! She’s absolutely amazing at moving off of leg pressure & is a very smooth ride through all her gaits. The list of her talents seems almost endless! I’ve poured so much time & effort into this mare because my intention was to keep her forever but unfortunately life has thrown me several curve balls so just as i was blessed to own & ride this horse, now its time to bless someone else with her!
