Maivie is a gorgeous, loud-colored roan mare who’s truly one of a kind. She’s gaited, exceptionally smooth, and practically impossible to fall off of…if you can sit up and hold the reins, you can ride Maivie! She’s incredibly uncomplicated and easygoing, perfect for a new rider or someone who wants a fun, grab-and-go partner. Her previous family only rode her a handful of times a year, and she’s always been the same steady horse every single time. She is a great build and just the right size easy to saddle easy to step on and off of at 14.3 hands! Maivie excels on trail rides and is equally comfortable walking with non-gaited horses or gaiting out naturally when asked. She’ll match whatever pace the group needs. Not only can she gait beautifully, but she’ll lope as well. She’s surefooted, kind, and stands patiently at the mounting block or anywhere you put her. She rides out comfortably and confidently alone and in a group – she has been in a ton of parades and been to town lots and she’s extremely comfortable around cars and traffic in town! Truly, she’s a sweetheart who is just easy to get along with in every way – if they were all this easy our job would be so incredibly uncomplicated! You just grab this one, saddle, hop on – and go!
