Missy is that once-in-a-lifetime partner you don’t want to miss, you don’t find many like her!
Besides her good looks, she has a sweet and calm personality, loves people, and enjoys doing new things!
Missy has been extensively trained in the Clinton Anderson Method and knows all of the Fundamental and Intermediate groundwork, so to say she has amazing ground manners is an understatement!
She comes up to you to be caught, stands tied, great for the farrier, saddling, fly spray, bathes, and loads in the trailer. Lead, back, sidepass, or send her wherever you want to go!
She knows all of the Clinton Anderson Fundamental and most of the Intermediate riding exercises, including one rein stops, bending, yield the hindquarters, draw to a stop, backing, vertical flexion, side passing, and so much more! This girl is athletic, but you wouldn’t know it unless you ask her to be!
Walk, trot, lope, in the arena or on the trail, nice stop and back up, sidepass, ride out alone or with other horses, she is good wherever you want to ride her!
Missy is traffic safe, I have had semi-trucks, buses, dump trucks, and graders pass her, and she couldn’t care less.
Easily open gates off of her, get the mail, cross water, up and down hills, she has also had experience doing obstacles such as bridges, tires, logs, and more! You can stand on her and crack a stock whip, carry a flag, flap a plastic bag all over her and run the chainsaw around her. She has been exposed to dogs, chickens, kids, tarps, go carts, you name it!
She has been ridden by all ages and levels of riders, and they have all loved her, she is just a fun horse!
She has a great foundation and is ready to do anything you want with her, and she is still only 5, so whether you want to do trail riding, eventing, or have an all-around horse for the family, she is the perfect horse!
Missy is UTD on shots, dewormed, trimming, and health exam. She has a few patches of hair missing mainly on her right hip; it was checked by the vet, and is just superficial and doesn’t affect or bother her at all.
Other vet checks are welcome at the buyer’s expense. She easily passed her health exam and is in great health!
