Mohawk

Mohawk is a big, gorgeou and kind Belgian/Warmblood coming 5 year old gelding standing 16.2 hands. Mohawk has easily become one of the barn favorites with his massive size and sweet demeanor. He has taken everything we have thrown at him with ease and is a joy to ride. His jog and lope are smooth and easy! He lopes circles like a little horse and has a big stop with just your seat or the word “woah.” He is athletic and knows how to pick up his feet and use his body correctly. Not only is he great in the arena but he is a pleasure outside as well. He will cross anything you point him over from logs to tarps to ditches and bridges. He rides both English and Western well and has been started over small jumps. You can jump on him bareback in a halter and cruise around. He stands quietly next to a mounting block to both mount and dismount. He hauls, ties and bathes well. He is good in a herd turned out or stalled by himself. He isn’t buddy sour but is happy to go out in a group. Mohawk has a super kind eye and a very sweet demeanor. He enjoys attention and has been a pleasure to have around.
