“Nabisco” is a big gentle giant, he is our resident go-to for the grandpa, grandma, drunk-friend, husband, wife, little kid, or scared-rider. He is so uncomplicated, point and shoot, smooth, wide, comfy-cozy, and as easy at they come. He lives turned out in the back with the cows, retired horses, and fat broodmares, and only gets caught when we need to use him. Super easy keeper, kept barefoot even riding in town and on rocky trails. He is sweet, and friendly and comes running when you walk out to the back pasture. He has exceptional ground manners, no holes or vices, stands tied quietly for hours absolutely anywhere, hops right in the trailer, great for baths, the vet, and for the farrier. This is the gelding we have customers lined up for, and we wish we always had 10 of them standing around. He has been in several parades and is really great in commotion and traffic, he has also been in grand entries and parades. He has been used to learn to rope the hot heels and the warn out steers that barely trot out of the box, and has taught kids their basics at the little entry level playdays and junior rodeos, and has also gotten kids started in the drill team.
