Picasso

This 11 year old registered Gypsy Vanner gelding stands 14.2hh and has a lot heavy bone and eye appeal. He has Gypsy Horse Association papers and is PSSM1 tested N/N. Picasso is an absolute doll baby- undoubtedly one of the sweetest most affectionate horses to stand in my barn. His peaceful temperament seriously calms and soothes the soul I love just spending time with him and braiding his mane and grooming him. He really truly loves love, grooming, bathing and just spending time with his owner. Picasso is quiet on the ties and stands to be groomed and saddled. Picasso is broke to ride and prefers the slower things in life like leisurely rides around the arena at a walk or slow jog or down the trail around fields taking in the sights and sounds of the things around him. Picasso is SO quiet and steady and truly has therapy horse written all over him. He could easily take a tiny special needs child for a lead line walk or be used for an adult veteran to learn to ride, stop and steer on. He will carry the flag, drag the sled, can open and close and twirl the giant beach umbrella on him as well as play catch back and forth with a giant ball and swing hula hoops off your arms. He’s virtually unflappable. Out on trail he will guide over rough terrain, go through water and over bridges and logs as well as other obstacle trails have to offer. Picasso will walk trot canter but his canter does take some effort when he does canter off it’s very floaty and he will take both leads, he has great breaks and does know how to collect to contact when asked and he backs up nicely too. If you’ve always wanted to own a real life unicorn here’s your chance this horse is just the coolest. He loads and hauls quietly and off loads and rides in new places like a champ without prep. Picasso is sound in every way and has no vices or limitations, he requires no maintenance and is comfortable being barefoot.
