This is our little Pork Chop. He is a been there done that type. He has been rode and used out on the ranch right along side daddy’s big horse. He knows what a hard days work is. He can keep up all day right along side the big horses.
If you’re looking for the kind of pony every family hopes to find, this is him. This fabulous 8-year-old silver dappled pony is as safe and steady as they come. He is truly an excellent beginner pony and perfect for little ones just getting started.
He is quiet, gentle, and patient with kids of all levels. Easy to catch, groom, tack up, and ride, he takes great care of his rider and never tries to get anyone in trouble. This pony is happy to go slow, listens well, and is forgiving of beginner cues. He stands quietly to be mounted, stops easily, and has a smooth, comfortable way of going.
He has been around kids, noise, and everyday chaos and stays calm and dependable. Whether it’s riding around the arena, learning the basics, or just building confidence, this pony is the definition of safe and patient. He is willing to let a kid learn and make mistakes.

Our kids take him over the tarp, over the logs, through the barrels and poles! Our 9 year old gets along with him as well as our 3 year old. He stands 11 hands tall with a great big heart! Pork Chop is gentle around cattle and all sorts of traffic! We have hauled him to playdays and junior rodeos he is the type of pony that will stay tied to the trailer all day and you will never know he is around. He has been roped off of. Pulled logs. Popped whips off of his back. Carried flags. He is truly deep down broke just like an old fashioned quarter horse. One that stays broke even with time off.
Pork Chop is sound with no of lamness or founder. He is a supper eat keeper. Has excellent hooves. He is up to date on all vaccines and worming. Has a new coggins test. He is ready to go to his new home. Call with anymore questions about him.
