Sawyer

Sawyer is a stunning 17.1 hand draft cross that is absolutely breathtaking in every way from his build to his undeniably stunning dapple grey color. Sawyer has a kind and gentle personality and loves to be loved. He stands tied single or on cross ties and loves to be pampered, groomed/bathed, great for fly spray and full body scrubbing. Sawyer is quiet in his stall and when turned out, easy to catch and gets along with others in a mixed herd. He loads nicely into any style trailer and hauls quiet. Sawyer is the same horse at home as he is when hauled to a new place and doesn’t need to be lunged or ridden down. He stands patiently tied to the trailer at events. This horse absolutely lives trail will go out alone happily and take in all the sights just like his rider! He is a trail boss and is an absolute blast in the woods or in the fields, he was quiet in situations and rode around cows like it was nothing. Sawyer doesn’t mind doing some trail blazing, he will go over logs, down and up steep grades, through water and is traffic safe when crossing roads. In the arena he rides comfortably western or english and will walk trot canter both ways and easily takes the correct lead every time.
