Stewie

Meet Stewie, he is up for sale for your consideration! He is a chestnut/white spotted Icelandic Gelding which is eight years old. This eye-catching boy is an incredible mover, he is 4 gaited, walk trot tolt and canter. He has been trail ridden by all ages, friends and family. He is easy to handle on the ground or in the saddle. In this current video that I made with him crossing over benches, going up handicapped ramp, being harnessed and hitched was all his very first time doing it. And he did it like he’s done it all his life, he has a good attitude and wants to please. He wasn’t a bit upset or nervous about anything that we were doing with him. Stewie can ride out alone or in a group. If you’re in the back of the ride and you have to stop to do something he doesn’t get all excited and wanna go racing back to the others. Stewie is willing to walk along as much as you want, he will tolt, trot, or canter when asked. We have had him on many camping trips and he does well tied over night. He is pastured with mares and geldings and gets along with all. He is traffic safe, has been around our farm tractors and ATVs. He stands to bath, saddled, stands for the farrier, and hauls quiet.
