Tapatio

Tapatio is a friesian cross that stands 15 HH and is 10 years old. He is a roan gelding with a beautiful head, kind eye, and a long beautiful mane and tail. He is safe and honest for all riders. He takes time off well and comes back to work fully retaining everything he knows. Tapatio knows his arena work, side pass, bend flex, is soft in the face, takes both leads, extends out or collects up, etc. Tapatio has also had a lot of time riding outside, through pastures, trails, creeks, along busy highways. This gelding has elegant flowing movements in his gaits that makes him stunning under saddle. He will ride English or western. He has been ridden in several parades and does amazing. He is great with the tarp, flag and bouncing ball. He would excel in any way you would like to take whether it be the solid trail partner, arena work, or in the English equestrian riding. Tapatio has proven to be reliably consistent, kind and very easy to work with. He has so much potential to continue with in many different directions. He has wonderful ground manners. He stalls nicely or gets along in a herd in pasture. Tapatio ties, cross ties, clips, bathes, is great for the vet and farrier, and has great manners around other horses. He has no special care of any kind, no maintenance needed. Tapatio is clean legged, has great feet is currently barefoot and he also has been shod.
