Tiny

Affectionately known as “Tiny” this absolutely magnificent 9 year old gelding stands a whopping 18 hands tall! Tiny is built correctly and is bump and blemish free. He has great substance and nice hooves and while he stands to be shod without stocks he’s currently barefoot and doing great on trail or in the arena. Tiny is not your average draft he is very very very broke and easy as can be to ride! We have had our youngest and smallest riders on him as well as advanced riders- all enjoyed him thoroughly and commented how comfortable he is! He previously was used for trail riding, hunter paces and field hunted, this boy loves to jump and really has cute form too! In the arena he takes both leads nicely and is easy to ask and hold in the canter, he has a simple lead change and an absolutely awesome stop! Tiny is soft in face both ways and also knows how to travel in contact and stay collected. He has a comfortable trot and is very adjustable through speed transitions. He is a quiet natured boy and would make a lovely attribute to a lesson or therapy program. Out on trails Tiny will cross bridges, water and mud as well as go over logs and other dead fall, he bravely negotiated rough and slippery terrain for us as well as did some trail blazing. Tiny will ride out alone or in a group and is safe around dogs, other farm animals and equipment. He will ride in the front of bring up the rear and is safe for horses to ride directly behind or alongside of. Tiny is also trained to drive and is a very nice carriage horse. He stands to be groomed and saddled and is behaved for both the vet and farrier. He is good with clippers and is a gentleman in the wash rack. He loads easily and hauls anywhere and everywhere quietly. He requires no prep in new places and is the same horse no matter where you take him. Tiny sells sound with no vices or limitations.
