Willy

Willy is a 12 year old Halflinger X QH gelding stands just shy of 14.2 hands tall with a ton of substance and eye appeal! Willy would make a great kids horse, husband horse, lesson horse or even therapy horse as he is so gentle minded and consistently a steady eddy type mount. Could make a nice playday horse or just a long weekend trail riding and camping type too! Willy is good on cross ties or single tied, easy to load and haul, stays quiet in new places and requires no prep like lunging or riding down. He’s been used extensively for my lesson students of all ages and abilities and he’s taken care of everyone. Willy makes a fantastic trail horse and will go anywhere you point him. He will go up and down steep grades, through water and mud, over downed trees and other obstacles and terrain. In the arena Willy is an uncomplicated ride with easy transitions and willingly takes both leads. Whether it be in english or western tack he has cute movement and nice demeanor and is happy to work. Willy will trot ground poles and take a cross rail. He has been around cows, equipment and dogs with no issues, he’s also been around and through traffic without any drama.
