Zeus 7

Zeus 7 is a seven year old registered Friesian Sport Horse gelding that stands 16.3hh and is nothing short of magnificent. Zeus has the most stunning build and eye appeal it’s no wonder he’s named after a Greek God. He is clean legged, free of any bumps or blemishes, and a true black without a white hair on him! Zeus has an incredible personality, he is the first to greet you and absolutely adores love and attention, he is goofy and fun to be around and very gentle and easy to handle. Wonderful for being clipped, bathed, shod, vet work, grooming, fly spray, leg wrapping, saddling/bridling, etc. Zeus will stand on cross ties or single tie and doesn’t set back or pull. He is very easy to load into any style trailer and backs off confidently, hauls quiet and unloads at new places with a quiet yet confident demeanor to explore and take on whatever is waiting for him. Zeus was started under saddle and then broke to drive where he has spent the last four years as a carriage horse. He has recently been started back under saddle and used for mostly trails with a little bit of arena experience. Out on trails Zeus will take the lead or patiently follow behind, he’s been ridden around dogs other horses and vehicles/equipment with no issues. He does not offer to bite or kick at other horses no matter how close they get, he’s just a big love. He is great about navigating various terrain and will travel up and down steep grades, over downed trees and logs, through brush and water. Zeus is soft in a snaffle and has a nice whoa and back up he will flex to both sides and understands leg and voice cues. I have thrown a rope off him, crossed man made bridges, bounced a ball off him and rolled it between his legs and he never bat an eye. He has good ground manners and is a gentleman for both adults and kids to handle. Zeus is brave and wants to please I foresee this guy making a fantastic show horse and with his incredible movement and natural athleticism he should make a top notch dressage horse.
