Andy is a well built 14.2-14.3hh, 8 year old, Dapple Grey Andalusian/Quarter Horse cross Gelding! Andy has made his living as a ranch horse and has been around cattle from herding to sorting and pasture roping… he knows all about it! Andy is a great trail horse and he will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He is also safe riding in traffic. He has a smooth jog, a nice lope, will slide stop, turns a circle both ways, sidepasses and backs with ease! Andy has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been rode many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. Whether you want to feel and look like a real deal cowboy/cowgirl or mosey along down the trails… just climb on Andy let him take care of business!
