Introducing the stunning 10yr 16.3h Warmblood gelding Raphael! Rotspon x Rubin Cortes x Karon Raphael is a Premium GOV Oldenburg lifetime registered with USHJA and USDF. Raphael is trained through 2nd level dressage and jumps around a 2’6″ course with scope for higher. He jumps cross country, trail rides, and works cows. He is a nice all-around type. His perfect rider would be an intermediate or advanced teen or AA looking for a horse to move up the levels in eventing or H/J. Raphael loves jumping! It is his favorite discipline. He has a smooth easy jump that is nice for riders that are new to jumping and still learning. He keeps an even pace around a course and maintains the same speed before and after each jump. He is tolerant and forgiving over fences and doesn’t mind if the rider can’t see a distance, chips, or sits back too early. He is the same to jump whether you ride every day or once a week. Although Raphael would prefer a rider who will spend every day at the barn doting on him. He loves attention and has a big personality. Raphael regularly hauls off-site for lessons and other riding activities. He is easy to haul and doesn’t mind traffic, construction, or dogs running underfoot. Raphael is a barefoot easy keeper and is up-to-date on shots, Coggins, deworming, sheath cleaning, hoof trimming, and floating.
